PIG PICKIN 2011 - Dr. Bruton hosted the pig pickin to honor retiring Executive Director Mark Wethington and his wife Beth. Volunteers, patients and donors were treated to a wonderful dinner.

"TOGETHER WE CAN DO MOORE" SEMI -  Saint Joseph of the Pines has partnered with the Moore Free Care Clinic. The semi will be used as a satellite office for the clinic. This will enable patients from the rural parts of the county with no access to the clinic to be seen right in their own community.
Pictures from the Carthage site-Carriage Town Shopping Center near Dept. of Social Services behind Hardees. It is there the fourth Wednesday of the month to serve established patients and screen for potential patients. It is also there on the fourth Tuesday for The Coalition and Benefit Bank- which helps with resources like signups for Medicare, Medicaid, voter registration, etc.

DINING IN THE PINES -The 6th annual fundraiser for the clinic was held in October.
Over $30,000 was donated to the clinic.

BREAST CANCER DETECTION FUNDRAISER - A fundraiser supporting breast cancer detection was held at Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, No. 7 in September. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Moore Free Care Clinic to be used for screening mammograms. View pictures of the event.
