Who is eligible?
The Moore Care Free
Clinic brings health care to people without health insurance and to those who
are least able to afford health care.
To
ensure that our resources are directed most effectively in meeting these needs,
the following criteria are used to admit people to the Moore Free Care Clinic
programs.
- The person must be a resident of the Moore County, NC.
- The person must not have any public or private health insurance plan.
- The person must be considered "low-income." (See chart below.)
- U.S. Citizenship is not required to receive health care services at
the Moore Free Care Clinic.

Be
sure to bring proof of income with you. Samples of proof of income include: pay
stubs, copies of income tax-forms, or an employer statement regarding patient's
pay level. Special services: Interpreter services are available for Spanish-speaking patients.
